When I opened my practice in Warrenton forty-four years ago, it was my intention to take care of my patients with the best medical judgment that I was capable of providing. Many of you have become my friends and I deeply appreciate the trust that you placed in me. The time has come for me to retire and I will be closing my practice as of Friday, December 6, 2024.
Dr. Alok K. Gupta, MD, FACP (www.alokguptamd.com) has agreed to accept referrals from my practice. Dr. Gupta’s office number is 571-248-6666. Dr. Gupta’s office is located within the same complex as my own.
Medical records will be available for in-person pick up from my office until Friday, December 13, 2024. All requests for records must be made 48 hours in advance. You may also contact my office to arrange electronic transfer to your new provider. Please be prepared to supply the new provider email address, fax number and phone number.
Thank you for your support and for the many memories. You have been my teachers and I will be forever grateful for what I learned from you, my patients. I wish you good health and happiness.
